Unlike industrial chocolate, our cold fresh Chocolate is handcrafted directly from raw unpressed forest grown Cacao beans.
Enjoying chocolate naturally in this organic way allows the full intensity of Cacao to penetrate the pallette.

Our small factory located in Nicaragua allows us the use of the country’s world famous cacao. One of the most volcanic lands on earth it has a long range of powerful volcanoes who both enrich and time and time again devastate the land.
Their explosions have created ideal soil conditions for growing highly prized cacao and other tropical ingredients that we mix into our chocolate.
